Fraud Analytics Manager Remote - CardiffUp to £60,000Are you ready to join a leading insurance provider and fast-rising institution on its journey to global successTHE COMPANYThis is an amazing opportunity for an Fraud Analytics Manager to join a leading insurance company, providing telematics motor insurance, home insurance, travel insurance, and more. The company has a wide offering and is now looking to expand its capabilitieseven further and reach new heights.This role is part of the Fraud Analytics team which focuses on identifying, building and implementing solutions using ML to identify and prevent fraud on the businesses motor policies. As an Fraud Analytics Manager you will exhibit a passion for data andpush forward the use of machine learning and advanced analytics through the business. Youll take ownership of machine learning model projects, generate ideas and implement them and also lead a team of data scientists and analysts.THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working with experts and senior team members to understand problems and deliver solutions
  • Leading small team of modelling specialist and ensure they are maximising potential
  • Development, implementation, and monitoring of advanced statistical and machine learning models
  • Oversight of ML modelling projects within the team
  • Ensure all projects adhere to standards and governance processes
  • Stay up to date with trends and developments in technology and data science
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Expertise in using SQL and Python
  • Educated to university level in STEM or another relevant subject
  • Experience in management
  • Expertise in working with ML Models
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
