Job Description

PART TIME | Finance Officer | Permanent | £30,000 pro rata | Cardiff Central Robert Half are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-time Finance Officer to join our clients rewarding organisation in Cardiff. The Finance Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing all financial activities of the organisation.Part time Finance Officer role:

  • 5 hours per week,
  • Hybrid working (1-2 days from home),
  • Min 3 working days (up to you on days!)
  • Salary of £30,000 (full time equivalent)
  • Permanent role.
Key Responsibilities of the Finance Officer:
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Produce financial reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Process sales invoices and purchase invoices.
  • Monitor and control budget commitments, ensuring adherence to approved budgets.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather financial information and resolve queries.
  • Foster strong working relationships with team members.
  • Provide financial advice and guidance to support decision making processes.
  • Responsible for all banking - including bank reconciliations.
The Finance Officer plays a critical role in the organisations financial operations and decision-making processes. The ideal candidate should be confident and competent, and able to work on your own.Benefits:
