An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Finance Manager in a fast paced Business Services Organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall financial management and accounting services for the site based here in SouthWales.Client DetailsMy client is a medium-sized player in the Business Services industry. With a strong presence in Cardiff but offices across the UK. They are committed to delivering high-quality services to their clients across the UK. The company thrives on its professionaland efficient service delivery which has led them to being a key market stakeholder.Description

  • Oversee the sites accounting department.
  • Prepare and analyse financial reports.
  • Develop strategies for financial growth with the senior management team.
  • Implement financial policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate budgeting and planning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team.
  • Contribute to the overall strategy and decision making as part of the management team.
ProfileA successful Finance Manager should have:
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent in experience.
  • Experience in a managerial finance role - desirable
  • Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in financial management software.
