Job Description

Accounts Assistant required to join a leading arcitectural landscaping firm based in Cardiff, Wales, on a full time, permanant basis. This is an excellent opportuntiy for an experienced Finance Assistant, or Accounts Administrator, with at least 2 yearshands on finance experience, to join a leading SME and expand their financial knowledge and experience.Finance/Accounts Assistant Position Overview

  • Working with the office manager to accurately input data in to project timesheets using Excel
  • Updating the project finance sheets
  • Reconciling subcontractor invoices
  • Credit control - chasing payments and issues invocies
  • Working with the office manager to produce project fee applications
  • Support project managers to produce spreadsheets for various purposes
  • Prepare and submit invoices
  • Administrative tasks as requried such as booking travel and accomodation
Finance/Accounts Assistant Position RequirementsAt least 2 years hands on experience as a finance/accounts assistantExcellent excel knowledge and an eye for figuresExcellent written and spoken EnglishGood working knowledge of Microsoft applications eg Sharepoint, Word, Power point etc AAT qualifications / studying for CIMA/ACCA highly advantageousFinance/Accounts Assistant Position Remuneration£20,000 - £25,000 per annum dependant on experienceOffice based position Monday - Fridayparking on site28 days holiday - rising with service and option to buy morelife assurancebased in Cardiff, South WalesBennett and Game Recruitment are a multi-disciplined technical recruitment agency based in Chichester, West Sussex operating across the UK with specialist teams covering a range of industries.
