Field Service Engineer role in Cardiff in the rail plant sector.Salary £14 - £16 p/hCompany Van provided + enhanced holiday + bonus scheme + discounts + rewards.40-hour week paid door to door. Plenty of OT opportunities at increasing rateOur client is a leader in the rail plant industry. With depots all across the UK, they pride themselves on their reputation and service. They are looking for an experienced engineer looking to throw themselves into this fantastic opportunity. The ideal candidatewould be a confident, flexible, hardworking engineer with a can-do attitude and willingness to work hard and make the most of the overtime and progression opportunities on offer.Role & Responsibilities:*Inspection, repair, service and maintenance of all Plant machinery and equipment for hire and resale by the Company.*Ensuring that all machines are serviced and ready for use in a clean and safe working order. *Delivering accurate, well-constructed fault-finding reports.Knowledge, Skills & Experience:Ideally experience in plant - would look at transferrable skills, forklift, HGV, agricultural and powered access.Attitude key - successful candidate will be the face of the business so need to be personable and good with clients.Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic and diesel fault finding. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plant Engineering/Maintenance (or equivalent)Full UK Driving License.Flexibility - essential due to business travel and on call rota requirements.Benefits Package:*£14 - £16ph*Company Van provided + enhanced holiday + bonus scheme + discounts + rewards.*40-hour weeks, door to door.*Plenty of OT available.
