Be part of their UK Technology Operations, the team that uses the latest technology and analytics to constantlyimprove customer experience.What will you be doingYou will play an integral part of their Field Engineering team, performing installation and maintenance activities in support of the fixed network as well as their business solutions. You will also install, commission and maintain their network, productsand services to agreed their standards and service levels without compromising safe working practicesResponsibilities Install, commission and maintain their network, products and services to agreed tehir standards and service levels without compromising safe working practices. Follow their HSE Absolute Rules, without exception Communicate with internal and external customers in a professional and timely manner Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and challenge existing processes and procedures in order to deliver operational excellence for their customersWho are they looking for Formal telecoms/electronic qualification or equivalent experience gained through previous roles. Experience of installing, diagnosing and fixing the following telecoms technologies; Multi-vendor CPE including Cisco, Juniper and ADVA Core transmission technologies including DWDM and Ethernet Microwave Radio Switch and Field DC power system Fibre and copper cabling and termination Ability to work both in a team and on your own efficiently and effectively Ability to work in a focused manner under pressure to meet tight deadline Adaptability and the ability to learn new skills quickly PC skills (IT Literacy) Valid / full UK / EU driving licenseSC Clearance or eligible to apply is a must. 5 Years minimal within the UK.Whats in it for youAn excellent remuneration and bonus package with 28 days holiday entitlement, in addition to bank holidays and paid leave for charity projects.
