Job Description

Family Solicitor (Private)Are you an experienced Private Family Solicitor looking to join one of the biggest and well known family departments in Wales. This is a new position dealing with high value private family matters to include matrimonial finance and child matters. You will be involved in high profile clientele.This is what you’ll be doing:

  • To provide a range of family advice to private paying clients, most of which are high value
  • To act promptly and in the best interests of the client
  • To achieve financial costs
  • To engage in business development
  • To deliver training to the team and to clients
  • To supervise junior members of the team if possible
    • The experience you’ll bring to the team:
  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive ideally 2-5 years but all levels will be considered
  • Experience in Private family Law is essential as is up to date knowledge in this area
  • A passion for this area of law and getting the best outcome for your clients
  • Supervisory experience is desirable
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work with high attention to detail
  • Able to use IT systems
