Job Description

F&B / Wedding & Events Supervisor - Near CardiffUp to £21,840 per annum40 hours per weekThis is a fantastic opportunity for Supervisor with food and beverage / events / weddings /conference and banqueting experienceto join a luxurious privately owned full service hotel with restaurants, and extensive conference and banqueting facilities. Qualityfresh food is used throughout.We are looking forF&B SupervisorsWedding & Events SupervisorsConference & banqueting SupervisorsYou must be able to drive and have your own transport.Five straight shifts per week, 40 hours per week.Extensive in house training is provided with great career progression opportunities.ROLE - F&B / WEDDING & EVENTS SUPERVISORSMain responsibilities:

  • Set up of either restaurant or rooms for events, conferences and weddings
  • Supervising the smooth operation of breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner to large parties
  • Supervising wedding receptions, events, conferences
  • Leading the team and delegating tasks
  • Enusring outstanding customer service is provided by the team
  • Work to high standards of food hygiene
  • Maintain company systems, procedures, and high levels of presentation
