We are pleased to be recruiting on behalf a leading financial services group seeking to expand their team with the appointment of 2 Equity Release Advisors to provide whole of market lifetime mortgage advice to clients. The business is going through anexciting phase of growth and seeing some excellent results within their Equity Release division.You will receive leads from our clients marketing initiatives and enquiries from existing customers. You will undertake your factfinds and provide advice via the telephone or video conferencing.Candidates need to ideally have experience of providing equity release / lifetime mortgage advice, although our client will consider candidates with a mortgage advice background looking to focus on equity release. You must also hold your Equity Release qualification(CeRER or ER1) and have a demonstrable track record in working within a busy environment.
