We are looking for an Environment Health Officer to join a specialist Food Safety Consultancy who have been in operation for over 25 years.You will be working with a variety of private organisations as well as local authority establishments. The majority of these will be located across South Wales, however there will be some occasional travel to Northern Ireland and England, so some overnight stays will be expected.You duties will include conducting food audits, providing feedback and ratings, report writing, and working towards up to date legislation.As the ideal candidate you will have previous experience within Food Safety, and hold the EHRB certificate.Candidates who have recently undergone a relevant Environmental Health degree will also be considered too.This is home working role, in which you will be expected to manage your working diary accordingly.The salary is between £25,000 - £35,000.
