Job Description

Operating from more than 270 locations across England, Scotland and Wales, Maximus UK is one of the largest providers of employment, health and disability support programmes in the country.Job SummaryAs part of the Employer Engagement team, the Engagement Administrator role is to support the Executive Account Team Leaders and Regional Account Managers. Engagement Administrators will act as the first point of contact for employers, providing advice and guidance and promoting our Employer offer and available services. Responsible for prospecting and making initial calls to employers, introducing them to Maximus’ Employer offer, before submitting qualified leads to the Regional Account Managers. Responsible for supporting Regional Account Managers with administrative tasks, and to ensure all employer paperwork is completed in line with contractual agreements.Job Description SummaryEmployer:Developing sufficient volume of employer opportunities and leads to support our customers.Sourcing opportunities with new employer partners, using automated search tools, regional data and local knowledge.Qualifying employer leads and working with Regional Account Managers to identify significant growth opportunities.Supporting Regional Account Managers to source suitable candidates for large scale recruitment campaigns on behalf of employers.Support internal teams to better prepare customers through a shared understanding of job specifications, and requirements.Ensuring a clear audit trail by recording activity within our CRM, and other MAXIMUS systems.Ensure compliance with MAXIMUS policies and procedures, so as to achieve nil compliance issues from auditSupport local teams to collate employer paperwork’ in line within contractual obligationsComply with security practice to ensure customer/employer data is always dealt with in a confidential and secure way, and in line with GDPRPerformance & Team Work:Support team to achieve targets to support wider MAXIMUS success. Close working with internal colleagues to ensure maximum returnSupport new staff through work shadowing, buddying or generally being on hand to answer questions and provide assistanceMake and receive phone calls, monitor and manage email inboxes to respond to employer enquiriesQualifications & Experience•Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at C or above including English Language and Maths is preferred•Previous work experience in a commercial recruitment/sales environment, including cold calling/telesales•Proven success in achievement of sales related targets in a high performance culture•Microsoft office & internet-based applications - intermediate levelIndividual Competencies•Performance and delivery focused - proven track record in exceeding performance targets•Direct selling skills, cold calling, lead generation•Clear communicator, good listening skills and a persuasive style with an excellent telephone manner•Self-starter with strong planning and organisation skills•Knowledge to explain how recruitment processes work, and challenge preconceptions in this area•Enjoys working on their own and as part of a team•High degree of accuracy and attention to detail•Values and supports continuing professional development•Calm, rational and objective in all situations
