With the creation of an ethical and transformative way of working, using tech to connect teachers directly to schools, ensuring teachers and money stay in education. Their missionis to create a fairer future for teachers, schools and students and they are scaling in to new regions with huge plans for growth!Key responsibilities:School Partner* To prospect and engage new schools within the defined territory.* To meet new schools and present the vision/capabilities and value solution of working with SupplyWell.* To win new schools and successfully onboard them onto the platform* To manage and grow the new relationships - ensuring new schools are using SupplyWell services.* To ensure newly won schools are using the SupplyWell platform.* To have an in depth knowledge of the sector and issues that will impact partners.* To identify CPD opportunities for school leaders.* To deliver pitches & presentations to both schools & educators.Relationship Building* To be in continued contact with partners, understanding any issues that may be impacting their day to day staffing and timetabling* To visit schools quarterly ensuring any issues are resolved and to gain feedback both positive and developmental* To ensure all partners are up to date with the SupplyWell offerings* To ensure all partners are using the platform and getting feedback on how to improve to maximise effectiveness for schools.The Ideal Candidate:* You MUST have experience in school leadership.* You MUST have experience building relationships within the education sector.* Strong interpersonal and communication skills* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.ReCulture endeavour to be outstanding as a diverse and inclusive employer and are fully committed to present the best candidates for the role irrespective of background.
