Job Description

  • Support teachers in delivering lessons and activities.
  • Assist with classroom management, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Help students develop their creativity, confidence, and communication skills.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students who may require additional assistance.
  • Prepare and organise materials for lessons.
  • Encourage student participation and engagement in activities.
  • Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and reporting to teachers.
  • Collaborate with fellow staff members and parents to foster a supportive learning community.

Requirements: To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, you will need:
  • A degree in Drama or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
  • Preferred, but not essential: a valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check and EWC (Education Workforce Council) registration. If you dont have these, we can assist you with the application process.
