.NET DeveloperSalary: £31,365 to £37,890Hours: 37.5hrs per weekPermanentThis service provides the management of Patient Referrals, OutPatient Attendances, Clinics and Admissions as well as providing support for Maternity services and Pathway management including Cancer tracking systems. Our systems process over 4 million transactions every day and help make sure that the Patient gets to the right hospital for the right treatment each time, every time. We are looking for talented, enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Software Applications team supporting this major National software application that forms the backboneAs a senior member of an agile development team youll help transform the data from some of our national software applications seamlessly.This could mean writing data interfaces, developing enterprise databases orhooking up software to different APIs, messaging frameworks and other clinical systems. Our approach to learning is by doing and from day one your focus will be on helping us deliver software to users. Well provide you with the opportunities to ask for help and guidance but expect you to have the enthusiasm, drive and aptitude to also develop your skills independently and become an effective senior team member. Teamwork and collaboration are important to us. You should be comfortable and confident mentoring and advising colleagues when needed. You will also have a sound knowledge of advanced object oriented techniques and experience working on medium to large scale software projects. Experience of the following is advantageous but not essential:- *Developing software for Clinical Applications. *Good understanding of unit testing *Agile Scrum *Team Foundation Server This is an excellent opportunity for those who are looking to further their career in information systems development. There may also a requirement to join an on-call rota once adequate training has been completed. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post.
