Job Description

IntaPeople are currently working with a multi award winning creative studio who currently have an opportunity for an experienced Digital Project Manager / Business Analyst to join the team. We are looking for a talented individual who has a strong eye fordetail and has excellent communication and presentation skills.The position requires a natural problem solver who can articulate and detail project requirements, and through excellent communication and organisation skills can see a project through from discovery to Deployment and ongoing support. Every project presentsan entirely different challenge, but regardless of the size we place the same level of importance on the quality of the products they build and the service they provide to the partners through honest and open communication.Experience

  • Bachelors degree is preferred or equivalent years of direct experience required
  • 3-5+ years of experience with all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle
  • 3-5+ years of experience working with MS 365 and/or Google Drive Suite, and/or other project tools including Trello or Jira or others
  • Experience in Change Function end to end from requirements gathering, writing BRDs to testing all the way through to delivery
  • Experienced in and confident with designing and delivering Discovery workshops to elicit, detail and understand product requirements
  • Coordinate prioritisation and grooming the backlog with ongoing conversations with product owners, working as a proxy product owner for a partner when necessary
  • Ability to deliver to personal and team deadlines and be held accountable for these
  • Ability to give and take direction on feedback
Alongside the award-winning mobile developers (IOS/Android) youll collaborate heavily with a team of UX/UI Designers to build the very best visual apps you possibly can. The studio is based in Cardiff city centre although they happily adopt a flexible andremote working policy. Candidates who favour remote/home based working can be given this although occasionally team meetings, team days out and stakeholder meetings will be required.Desirables (but not essential):
  • Professional qualifications/certifications
  • Experience with product delivery
  • Familiar working in an AGILE environment
  • A high-level understanding of the technical side of product delivery
  • Experience of working in a similar environment for multiple external partners
