Updating the website using our CMS system Developing and implementing ideas for campaigns to run across all marketing channels Working alongside our engagement executive to create social media content Reporting on all your activity on a monthly basis to feed into the MarketingManager’s report Use analytics to understand audience behaviour and performance of website Report on marketing activity carried out and identify its effectivenessThe person specification At least 3 years’ experience in digital marketing A degree in Marketing or a CIM qualification Experience of email marketing A strong understanding of Google Analytics and proficiency in its use A proven track record of planning, implementing and evaluation marketingcampaigns Excellent copywriting skills and an attention to detail Competent with data evaluation, spreadsheets, and statistical reportingSalary & benefits• Salary £26,000pa• Hybrid working• Flexitime• Company pensionFor more details contact Lisa at the Cardiff office!
