Our client has a permanent need to recruit a talented individual with a background within L&D to drive forward their Digital Transformation Strategy. This role is permanent, full time and will require the post holder to work remotely initially. As the Digital Learning Developer you will drive forward the Digital Transformation Strategy across our clients Group, developing the digital brand. Essentially you will have experience of working with technologies in an education setting, knowledge of a range of content design, authoring and management systems, especially for WBL and e-learning, an ability to interpret high level technical terms in order to train non-experienced staff in a range of technologies and experience in designing and implementing strategies and project managementIt is desirable but not essential for applicants to have experience of working in the post-16 sector, especially within Apprenticeship Work Based Learning, evidence of innovative application of e-learning technologies and experience in managing the development and implementation of one or more large software projects within an educational environment. Ideally you will have experience using Moodle VLE and Smart Assessor E-portfolio systems.
