Within BCB is our Channels business, which has been built to design and deliver great end to end experiences for our clients across Digital, Telephony and marketing Channels.The Personalisation and Content team was formed this year, with the intention of using data to create personalised digital experiences for BCB clients. This is a primary growth area for the Group. Were looking for a digital targeting and content specialistwho would be responsible for building the targeting and content we show to our customers and thinking creatively about how we could improve.
