Job Description

The role: As a Diary Coordinator within the Subsidence Division of this insurance firm, your main roles will include creating availability in our Building Consultants diary, and arranging appointments referred by our Clients, ensuring client service level agreementsare adhered to. This is a busy role so it`s imperative that you are well organised, comfortable speaking with customers on the phone and able to multitask in order to fully support to this highly successful team.You will have/will be:

  • Excellent communication skills - listening and acting upon information given
  • Very strong administration skills with the ability to multi-task and work to service level standards
  • A high level of customer service experience
  • The ability to work on your own initiative and take ownership of claims
  • Understanding and empathy when required
  • Be able to prioritise your workload on a daily basis
  • Excellent IT skills- including Word and Excel
  • Exceptional organisational skills
