Job Description

Alexander Lloyd are partnered with a Global Insurance firm that are now looking for a DC relationship Manager to join their Cardiff office on a hybrid working model (1 or 2 days per week)The business are considering DB, DC, SIPP, SSAS or even the wider Employee Benefits market, as the key for this role is the client facing experience.The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Making sure a high quality service is provided to Clients within the appropriate risk, governance and compliance frameworks.
  • Preparing resources to support new and existing client interactions and visits
  • Responding to Distribution and client requests
  • Supporting Client Directors, DC Pensions Sales and Implementation at Client/Trustee meetings
  • Lead regular calls with Client/Trustees to monitor Operations delivery
