You will be required to deal with enquires and issues relatingto GDPR, subject access requests, freedom of information and personal data breaches. This is an exceptional opportunity for the successful Data Protection Solicitor to really carve out a niche in this area, working alongside a leaders in this field.REQUIREMENTS:The successful candidate will be either a Solicitor or Barrister with experience advising on data protection and information law. It would be an advantage if you have previously worked for clients within the healthcare, housing or public sector. It is essentialthat the appointed Data Protection Solicitor is able to hit the ground running and, to some extent, work fairly independently.
