Job Description

Eteach Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Services/Account Management department. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients. Eteachis the market leader when it comes to schools in Wales for their recruitment advertising, direct recruitment services and recruitment software. Eteach is excited to launch a new platform (CoverStaff) which will become a game changer in the world of schoolsupply cover as it aims to cut out the "middle-man" agencies. Becoming part of this team will require someone who wants to join a new team and be part of a product launch which will require excellent customer service as well as the ability to communicate andlead new clients through an onboarding process for a tech platform.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact
  • Understand clients needs and objectives, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to clients needs
  • Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a professional and efficient manner
  • Resourcing for candidates to help schools fill talent pools of staff, working with candidates to help them in their search for positions
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in account management or customer service (desired)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (desired)
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (desired)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Welsh speaker is desired
