This is a varied and challenging role, and you must be able to multitask and prioritisework as well as have the confidence to work on your own initiative to problem solve and make decisions. You will also provide administrative support to their Housing and Maintenance teams.About youExperience within social housing is desirable but is not essential as full training will be given. The most important thing they are looking for is an experienced customer service champion with a can-do attitude.
