Job Description

Location: Cardiff, with hybrid working following completion of probation.   • First and foremost, you’re passionate about customer service and have experience of showcasing your skills in a contact centre or retail / hospitality setting.
  • You’ll have proven effective time management and organisational skills within a task-based environment.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, dealing with clients, colleagues, and suppliers via all contact methods.
  • Experience in either claims or personal injury setting would be advantageous.
