An exciting permanent opportunity for an experienced and talented Customer Service Manager to lead and manage a team of people to encompass the pre and post sales activities for the UK and Export Customer Services Teams. Main responsibilitiesTo include; sales pipeline management, efficient and effective response to customer enquiries; the timely progression of quotations and processing of purchase orders in line with business KPIs, accurate reporting, plus the co-ordination and resolution ofcustomer complaints.To ensure that UK and Export orders are processed speedily and accurately.Direct and motivate the customer services team of 10 staff, keeping the team well motivated and engaged.To ensure staff are adequately trained and to carry out reviews and appraisals.Develop and create a budget annually, control departmental overheads and expensesManage Letters of CreditsWhat is Needed5 years experience of customer servicesExport experience neededMust have experience of managing a teamMust have experience of dealing with difficult customersThis role offers a bonus package ontop of a basic salary and onsite parkingPlease Apply ASAP
