This is not a cold-calling role, its about helping customers to solve their problems and get the information they need.Day to day, our New Business representatives take incoming calls about quotes that have been generated online and deal with customer queries. This is a flexible role that would give you the opportunity to make the most of hybrid working - well train youin our office space in Cardiff so you can meet us in person and settle in, and once youre fully trained, youll be working from our Cardiff office, or your own home. Ditch some of the daily commute or help build our vibrant culture through bringing your personalityto our office space - were offering you the best of both worlds.This is a full-time position with long-term career prospects on offer in a hugely successful company. The pay structure is varied depending on skillset and performance. Our Basic Salary starts at £19,100, and with additional product bonuses and incentiveyour overall package could reach £35,000+. You will also be enrolled in our lucrative Staff Share Scheme so you will own a piece of the company you work for, receiving additional bonuses as a shareholder. Not only that, but we offer lucrative, seasonal overtimedeals to further enhance your earning capacity.Full & extensive training is provided, so you wont need specific insurance experience. We just ask that youre capable of absorbing the theory and putting it into practice - being a motivated, resilient, and confident individual is key.The office opening hours are between 8-8pm on weekdays and 9-5pm on weekends. Your contracted hours will be 38.5 hours per week, and you have the option to build up some flexi hours to use as time off throughout the year.Job Purpose:
