Job TitleService AdvisorContract19th September 2022 - 28th October 2022 (possible ext.)£120 p/day (via umbrella)Monday to Friday (two shift patterns available, either 09:30am - 17:00pm or 11:30am - 19:00pm)DescriptionAre you the person people turn to when they have an issue with their device Have you experience of talking people through issues both in person and over the phone/email If so then we need you!Our client needs two Service Advisors to join and help their end users understand how to use the clients internal and external systems, to register correctly and to make sure that the end user can access the information as prescribed to them.You wont be alone when speaking to the end users, you will have a dedicated IT support team who can help also should the issue become complicated, and you will be provided a user guide to refer to when encountering various issues from login issues to installissues on laptops, mobiles and ipads.Experience requiredThe ideal candidate will come from a strong service background, someone who has experience of talking customers through various issues or advising how to operate certain tools without being present.
