The RoleWe are currently recruiting for a Customer Sales Advisor to join Jewson Civils Frazer in Cardiff. This is a busy and varied role with a mixture of customer service, sales and administration. You will be happy working in a fast paced office and confident to deal with a range of stakeholders, either in person or over the phone.Working hours up to 45 hours Please let us know what hours you are looking for.What will I be doing in the roleOur Sales Advisors are one of our most important roles in the business. A great Sales Advisor will help keep our business running smoothly and continue to build and develop customer relationships and sales opportunities. To support the business, you will;

  • Provide customer quotes ensuring it meets their requirements
  • Ensure customer orders and queries are processed and answered in a timely manner
  • Ensure that the branch is the best provider of customer service locally and nationally as defined by the Customer
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve product and industry knowledge.
