Job Description

  • Credit control for individual and corporate clients
  • Reconciling multi-currency premium bank accounts
  • Setting up and maintaining SEPA direct debit collections
  • Processing credit card payments
  • Corporate client invoicing
  • Reconciling corporate clients statement of account
  • Processing refunds
  • Dealing with payment queries by email and telephone and managing mailbox
  • Support other finance functions when required, including:
    • General finance administrative duties
    • Ad hoc duties as determined from time to time
Person Specification
  • Exceptional level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience of multi-currency
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Competent MS Excel (sort, filter, copy/paste, formatting, basic formulas); Word and Outlook.
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills (both written and spoken)
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated with a can do attitude
  • Experience of working in an insurance or regulatory environment would be advantageous
Experience/Qualifications
  • Previous finance department experience (minimum 1-2 years)
