Job Description

Are you passionate about education and looking for a rewarding role in a secondary school setting We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team at SET Recruitment in Cardiff.Responsibilities:

  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons and supervising students in the absence of the regular teacher
  • Managing classroom behavior and ensuring a positive learning environment
  • Following the schools policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a secondary school setting is desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and engage with students of different ages and abilities
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools and classrooms
  • A passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students lives
