Corporate Paralegal Cardiff/ Remote. Salary is based on experienceThe OpportunityYolk Recruitment are working with a Legal 500 law firm to hire an experienced Corporate Paralegal. This role is based in Cardiff with home working but has flexibility for remote working for the right candidate.This is what you will be doing:As a Corporate Paralegal in this role, you will be assisting the team on corporate client transactions and internal projects. The work will include:

  • Dealing with fillings with Companies House, HMRC and other regulatory bodies
  • Creating and managing statutory registers and record of UK companies and LLPs
  • Drafting documentation for a variety of corporate actions
  • Conducting client due diligence and drafting engagement letters for new matters
  • Providing general administrative support
The work is exciting and varied and can be complex. You will have support and will have clear progression opportunities also.The experience you will bring to the team:The role of a Corporate Paralegal should have two of the following to be considered, all other application will not be shortlisted:
  • Working knowledge of UK corporate legal and regulatory requirements
  • Previous experience working as a paralegal or legal assistant and time recording
  • Previous experience working within a company secretarial department
