We are looking for someone who want to be more than just a team member, but who wants to join a family of like minded individuals.Katherine Broadhurst, who leads the team as Corporate Finance Director, has developed the department substantially in recent years, and we are now creating a new position to directly support Katherine and the continuing growth. Working with colleagues across all teams in the region, you will form a key contact point for clients and intermediaries to deliver transaction services to our SME client base. You will have the opportunity to build and shape the corporate finance portfolio in our South West/West Country region and expand the team further. As part of your role as Corporate Finance Manager you will bridge the gap between the Executives and the Senior Management team, by not only delivering the more complex reporting, but working with the more junior team members to provide guidance and support. You will be able to lead meetings and relationships with your clients, providing detailed guidance on the information delivered and guide them through the transaction. You will be encouraged to network with wider Corporate Finance teams within the business to ensure you are working on a National level to service clients and keep technical expertise current.As part of the management team, your journey will continue via mentorship by the senior management team in both your local office and wider network to provide soft skills development such as more effective client management and staff management.
