Job Description

A RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER opportunity has arisen at this leading international law firm based in CARDIFF.The successful candidates will work in an engaging and supportive environment.Key attributes for the ideal candidates are as follows:

  • Qualified Licensed Conveyancer/CILEX/Solicitor.
  • Demonstrable experience of handling a range of conveyancing matters.
  • Ability to deal with technical and non standard residential conveyancing work.
  • Ability to deal with all aspects of residential conveyancing including unregistered land, leasehold, new build properties, repossession and receiver sales, adverse possession, easements and unusual circumstances.
  • Adaptable approach - dealing with larger estates, flats, defective title matters, compliance and risk aspects, undertaking and possess practical conveyancing knowledge.
  • Deliver excellent client service and provide innovative solutions.
  • You will be self-motivated and able to work within a team.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Excellent numeracy skills.
