Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for Conference ProductionAre you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in the events and conferences industryOur client is on the lookout for an experienced Conference Producer to join their team.This full-time role offers flexibility with the option to work from either Cardiff or London. The salary for this position is circa £30k, providing a competitive compensation package.As a Conference Producer, youll be at the heart of producing conferences and generating fresh conference topics through thorough desk and market research. Your primary focus will be on B2B conferences, where youll have the exciting opportunity to manageevent budgets and develop your project management skills.Key RequirementsTo excel in this role, youll need to bring excellent research and writing skills to the table. Effective communication, negotiation skills, and attention to detail will be key in your daily tasks. Initiative and strong organisation and time management skillsare also essential.This role is far from mundane; its both creative and intellectually stimulating. In addition to producing one- and two-day conferences, youll have the chance to attend conferences and support the Event Manager during virtual events.Your role will involve intensive telephone research to uncover relevant topics and connect with industry executives.Building strong industry relationships will be a vital part of your responsibilities. Youll also be responsible for sourcing conference speakers and forming advisory boards while collecting and reviewing feedback on the conferences.Your skills and experience
