What you will be doing Reporting to the National Community Education Manager, you will implement and manage effective business processes and operational delivery for the Region to ensure there is a consistent UK education offer, and operational performance maximises effectivenessand efficiency. In this collaborative role, you will manage the regional external partnerships and relationships, and work with the National Community Education Manager and Business Development Manager to develop and implement strategic national partnerships and externallyfunded projects. Youve got experience managing resources, budgets, and externally funded projects as well as developing, coaching, and motivating both staff and volunteer teams within a service driven and customer focused environment with a view on continuous improvement. Youve got experience of relationship management and collaborative working with relevant external strategic partners as part of a national strategic management team.
