Our client is in search for a Client Account Manager, who has the experience to demonstrate a solid understanding of accounting principles, technical skills and exceptional communication, alongside excellent time management and a genuine commitment to outstandingcustomer service. With over 30 years as Accountants, Advisers and Consultants to a broad range of businesses in Cardiff, SouthWales and beyond, we have the skills to guide you whatever circumstances you and your business may face.TYPICAL DAILY JOB DUTIES - WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR- Managing a portfolio of client and advising on all aspects of their business to help them grow, reduce tax and plan for the future- Attending client meetings to review performance and set targets- Reviewing work for Juniors and assisting with training and development- Winning new clients and building strong relationships with existing clients- Managing all aspects of client relationship including, quoting, agreeing services, invoicing, payment method and annual engagement renewal.- Reporting to board on portfolio performance and internal targets met.- Assisting in the production of Management and Annual Accounts- Providing Xero training and support on a range of digital solutions to client- Related administration duties as required- Xero Adviser Certification is advantageous, although other cloud accounting experience will also be considered.PERSON SPECIFICATION- Must be AAT/ATT L4/CIMA qualified, or ACCA/ACA qualified/part qualified- Ideally 2 years practice experience.- Exceptional communication skills- Exceptional technical skillsHOURS35 hours Monday - Friday9am - 5pm***PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU MATCH THE PERSON SPECIFICATION ABOVE ***If you would like to know more about this role, please contact Temoor on .***If you have not received a response within 48 hours, unfortunately your CV has not been selected on this occasion***
