Our client, a growing Insurance company in Cardiff are looking for a Claims Administrator to join their busy team.This is fast paced role assisting the claims team to ensure the department runs smoothly.Key Responsibilities Indexing and assigning all incoming claims work Processing all claims recoveries Sending out policyholder excess cheques Processing, validating and inputting payments for various claims (glass, repair network fees, salvage agents, solicitors fees, etc) Responsible for tracking of all claims litigation Sending outgoing post Completing applications for and filing certificates Carrying out any other tasks deemed appropriate to support the Claims teamPersonal Specification Self-motivated & able to work within a team framework Organised and able to manage their own week Computer literate Previous experience in a similar role is desired but not a requirement Minimum 5 GCSEs including Maths and English (C grade or above)Benefits: £18,000 to £22,000 salary A generous 25 days holiday allocation plus bank holidays.
