Job Description

CJC Project Manager Salary £42,839 - £45,963 (£22.27 - £23.89) dependant on experience.Full-time37hrs per weekThis role is predominantly homeworking, but there will be a requirement to meet at the Office in Cardiff at least once a week.To work closely with the Head of Finance, Risk & Assurance to:* Lead on all aspects of the SEW Corporate Joint Committee Transition Plan to deliver the agreed outcomes within time, cost and quality constraints* Lead on the day to day project management activities and leadership of the project, working closely with the internal team members and appointed advisors* Provide effective leadership and management control* Set project controls* Design the project structure and organisation appropriate to stage* Set appropriate delivery methodologies* Manage effective transition between project phases * Ensure effective stakeholder management by identifying and managing stakeholder relationships and need for senior level support* Manage internal and external relationships associated with the current and future state of the organisation * Identify, record and manage project risks and issues* Develop mitigating actions and escalate as appropriate* Ensure effective planning for all transition workstreams, identifying and managing key interdependencies* Support effective governance and decision-making processes throughout the transition phase* Provide reporting and engage in mechanisms that hold you, as Project Manager, to account for performance and delivery* Ensure effective Change Control processes are in place to agree and document changes to deliverables as agreed by the project team and wider stakeholders* Put in place appropriate Project Performance & Controls* Cascade vision and translate into key delivery objectives for the project and wider team* Develop and maintain the Project Plan. Identify and set appropriate Project Controls* Manage performance and report progress to the Senior Leadership Team and wider project sponsors* Think creatively, challenging the norms and constructively challenging those around them to ensure continuous improvement and inspire the same in colleagues* To undertake other such duties as reasonably required by the Head of Finance, Risk & Assurance and other members of the Senior Leadership Team.Acorn Recruitment acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment.
