Job Description

As the CI Leader you will maintain the efficient operation of the value stream and accelerate the flow of work from idea to delivery.Client DetailsMy client are an established manufacturing organisation who have continued to grow and invest as they enter new markets.DescriptionThe CI Leader is responsible for increasing the ratio of value to non-value adding activity and eliminating waste in the business. You will work with defined portfolio businesses within the overall group to ensure that the value stream meets or exceeds customerrequirements.

  • Develop understanding of customer value, products, and services
  • Monitor value stream metrics for value stream health and to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and support the management of operational, commercial, financial, and strategic measures so all key stakeholders understand business performance
  • Manage the strategic business plan by breaking it down to the strategic contribution by area and support deployment
  • Awareness of capacity constraints and flow of product development and capacity utilisation
ProfileAs the CI Leader you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
  • Ideally Degree qualified or equivalent
  • Excellent understanding of current business systems and processes
  • Significant experience of influencing and negotiating with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven track record in transactional improvement
  • Proven CI track record
  • Proven project management skills
  • Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of project/programme management principles, processes & techniques.
  • Ability to collate, analyse and disseminate complex information.
  • Strong facilitation skills
