Childrens Community Nurse with Integrated Community Nursing ServiceWe have an exciting opportunity for Band 5 registered Childrens Nurses / Learning Disability Nurse, who pride themselves in providing care of the highest quality in a family centred approach, to join our Integrated Childrens Community Nursing Service. The work is varied and offers a wide range of experiences in the delivery of care to children with acute, chronic, complex and palliative care needs within the family home or alternative community setting. The team is dynamic, forward thinking and planning towards a full Hospital to Home service, in partnership with the Childrens Hospital for Wales, in the future. The nursing team is therefore pivotal to service development initiatives in meeting the needs of children cared for at home today and in the future. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the wide range of clinical, interpersonal and professional skills required for this type of post which includes both autonomy and team working. In return we will be able to offer excellent training opportunities and the chance to work across the full range of community nursing services including mainstream and special schools, providing variety and job satisfaction.
