Could that be youThe role encompasses all aspects of reception management including:•Greeting and recording all customer visits•Telephone & diary management•Maintaining hospitality areas and showroom standards•Ordering office supplies•Liaising with colleagues in the Sales and Service department to deliver an exceptional customer experience•To act as a Brand Ambassador of the products and services available to customers.You will be organised and able to manage multiple work streams with your primary focus being on the customer. The ability to work autonomously is required as this is frequently an independent role.Prior experience of working at a franchised dealership is preferable, although candidates with appropriate hospitality background can also be considered.We are seeking an individual with a natural desire to deliver great levels of customer service to every guest, every time.Training will be provided through colleague support, job shadowing and eLearning.This is a full-time position with various working patterns considered.
