Job Description

Business Development ManagerWales - £70,000-£80,000 + CommissionA global FinTech company are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team during a period of hypergrowth. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys selling, a natural sales hunter who is achievement- orientated, as well as beingdriven to exceeding annual sales goals through strong collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will define and execute sales strategies and integrated campaigns to win business.Responsibilities:

  • Nurture, advance and manage relationships within a dedicated region to grow and add value to the customer base
  • Deliver events to recruit, educate and grow the business
  • Demonstrate products to large audiences through demos and webinars
  • Develop strong relationships at all levels, identifying key decision makers and influencers
  • Develop joint partner marketing campaigns and maximise return through leveraging online and emerging technologies
  • Utilize salesforce to manage your pipeline and allow effective reporting
  • Take full accountability for defined targeted customers, using metrics to monitor performance
  • Innovate in the business model as appropriate, incorporating best practices
  • Collaborate closely with other team members and a set of cross- functional business unit colleagues to drive result
Skills/ Experience:
  • 6+ years experience in a sales/ account management position with field sales experience
  • Experience with selling multiple solutions with a focus on value
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Ability to manage pipeline in timely effective manner
  • Proven track record of over achievement in sales and able to articulate results and deliverables
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and think about the overall team success
  • Be bold and challenge the status quo and come up with creative ways to hit and exceed goals
  • Passion for FinTech, SaaS
