Business Development Manager Remote £35,000 to £40,000 + £4,800 Car Allowance + Commission (OTE £72,000 to £77,000) + Benefits Excellent opportunity for a Sales Manager with knowledge of Connectivity, IT, Network, Software, WIFI & Telecoms solutions to join a stable and successful company in a highly varied role with great earning potential. Through this period a lot of companies have struggled due to COVID-19, however through working with a range of key clients this business has continues to thrive. Through growth they are looking for a BDM to join their busy team. In this role you will focus on new business development and growing the client base. This role is fully remote and can be based anywhere in the UK, however occasional trips to the head office in Dorset may be required. The ideal candidate will be a sales professional from a technical background with a strong knowledge of either Connectivity, IT Networks, Cloud, Telecoms or Software. Experience within Hospitality is beneficial but other industries such as Manufacturing considered. The role: *Field based / working from home (occasional visits to head office in Dorset may be required) *Work closely with the Operations Director and Sales Manager *Hitting key targets and helping business growth *Focusing on new business development *Generating leads through networking activities to engage and win new hospitality clients; typically, large brand or high-end boutique hotels across the UK *OTE £80k+ The person: *Previous Sales & BDM experience *Knowledge of Connectivity, IT, Network, Software, WIFI & Telecoms solutions *Experience within hospitality beneficial *Full UK Driving License Required skills
