Business Development Manager South Wales / BristolUp to £35,000 Base (£55,000 OTE) + Uncapped Commission + Excellent Benefits This is an exciting opportunity to join the longest standing mobile service provider in the UK, in a varied Business Development Manager position. Within this position you will have a real chance to develop your skills and progress your career in a dynamicworking environment. Do you have experience as a business development manager, selling unified communications, and building profitable business relationships Based in Swansea, this business provides a range of business communication solutions, including landline, mobile, voice and data, connectivity solutions and managed IT. The company has the vision of significantly growing business revenue through organic growthand getting a wider foothold into the South Wales and Bristol market, and are therefore looking for an individual to cover this geographical area. In your position, you will be responsible for prospecting and closing business. The ideal candidate will have experience within communication sales, specifically, mobile and Gamma Horizon. The ideal candidate will be confident and comfortable meeting weeklyand monthly performance based targets. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join an expanding business, offering progression for the right candidate as the business grows and uncapped earnings. The Role:*Travelling across the South Wales and Bristol area to find and close new business.*Selling business connectivity systems including Gamma Horizon.*Meeting weekly and monthly sales-based targets.*Personal development training provided for new products and services.*Base salary between £27,000-£35,000 based on experience, £55,000 uncapped OTE.The Person:*Enthusiastic and self-sufficient Business Development Manager.*Experience within Telecommunications.*Adept at networking, building business relationships, and prospecting new clients.*Happy to travel throughout the locality.
