Job Description

Business Development Manager Middle East/Far East: £24,000 per annum + Commission Cardiff / Hybrid-workingThe RoleWe are looking for an ambitious, experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic expatriate property team in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity to join a vibrant and fast-growing company and develop your skills within the property market.You will be responsible for marketing UK Property to expatriates in Africa, the Middle East and Asia, through a range of seminars, webinars and electronic media. You will need to travel to these regions regularly.The successful candidate will have five years previous sales experience, preferably at degree level, management experience and be willing to undertake a defined sales and product training program. A competitive base salary and large commission structurewill be offered.You will develop from Manager to Director and qualify for share option and sale scheme.Key Responsibilities:The key responsibilities of a Business Development Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Be responsible for a specific region/country and drive the sales growth in that area.
  • You will be responsible for generating and closing deals.
  • Research and build the client network in that specific location.
  • Develop relationships with potential investors and negotiate terms of investment, in that area and others.
  • Monitor progress of investments and advise investors on the best strategies to maximize returns.
  • Identify and attend events and conferences to promote property investment opportunities.
  • Keep up to date with changes in the property investment industry.
  • Develop a network of contacts to build relationships.

  • Five years Proven experience in sales, business development, and/or account management.
  • Excellent research and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and identify creative solutions.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and other business software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
