Job Description

TitleBusiness Development & Analysis Co-Ordinator LocationSouth or North Wales (Hybrid) Salary£23,000 - £28,000 TypeInvestment & BankingJob purposeThe Business Development & Analysis Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of high-quality customer service support for internal and external customers and ensuring the highest level of administrative support is provided to the team.Working closely with the Business Analyst, the Business Development & Analysis Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining data quality in the CRM system and assisting with a wide range of data reporting to the Group.The Business Development & Analysis Coordinator will also work with the Customer Relations Assistant to nurture quality leads to the investment teams through the handling of customer enquiries and the processing of online applications.Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the Investment Directors, provide coordination of the Change Management Office and Change Forum, setting agendas, attending monthly meetings, taking minutes, and undertaking task management.
  • Deliver high quality customer support; proactively dealing with customer enquiries via the inbound enquiry line, contact us forms and emails to the enquiries inbox, with the aim of converting quality leads.
  • Process online applications delivered through the application portal ensuring CRM records are created and updated and applications are routed to the correct teams in accordance with SLAs.
  • Support the Business Development & Analysis Manager and S.E.H Executive to ensure events, seminars and other business development activities are diarised, requirements are coordinated with Communications and pen pics are prepared for events with Board memberattendance.
  • Liaise with the S.E.H Executive to ensure invoices and purchase orders are processed for business development activity.
  • Support investment colleagues by attending seminars, events and exhibitions across Wales.
  • Maintain responsibility for KPI collation and reporting, supporting the Business Analyst with the delivery of improved routine reporting procedures.
  • Undertake monthly CRM audits for the Group alongside the Business Analyst.
  • Maintain data quality within CRM, ensuring data integrity through regular cleansing of incorrect and/or duplicate records.
  • Prepare documentation, reports, minutes and agendas in support of team meetings and regular meetings with the Communications department.
  • Maintain responsibility for the creation of accounts within the credit referencing system.
  • Provide cover for the Customer Relations Assistant in the event of annual leave or absence.
  • Assist the Investment Directors by way of administrative tasks and ad hoc project work.
  • Any other tasks as defined by the Business Development & Analysis Manager to meet the operational needs of the business.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and ExperienceEssential
  • Experience of working in a customer-facing role with a focus on delivering high standards of customer support
  • MS Office Skills, particularly in Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an approachable manner and a positive can-do attitude
  • A good eye for detail
  • Confident in own decision-making skills
  • Organised and structured whilst being flexible and responsive to change
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritise according to the changing needs of the business and to work to deadlines.
Desirable
  • A Welsh speaker fluent in spoken and written Welsh
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Experience of providing administrative support and working in a busy office environment
  • Experience of working in the financial services sector
