Business Analyst - Cardiff - remote working with very occasional office visits£29.44 p/h paid through an umbrella company.2 months initially, very good chance of extensionWe are seeking a Business Analyst who can liaise with both the customer, supplier, and stakeholders to understand, document and deliver change to meet the business requirements of our client in Cardiff. The role will work with business users to identifyand support business transformation.Were looking for someone who has a:Thorough understanding of Business Analysis methodologies- Business Analyst Practitioners Qualification or equivalent OR working towards industry recognised BA qualification- Experience of working with stakeholders to elicit and prioritising Business Requirements and collaborate on solutions- Experience of documenting current state and future state business processes and process mapping/flows- Evidence of investigating operational needs, problems and opportunities, contributing to the recommendation of improvements- Ability to be factually accurate and comprehensive while communicating clearly and precisely in both written and oral communication- Ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders when making decisions, ensuring that stakeholders are kept informed and consulted where appropriate- Ability to creatively problem solve and make evidenced recommendations- Ability to challenge and feedback constructively to managers- Confident use of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel - Respects and values equality and diversity within the workplaceIf this sounds like you and youre at a loose end currently please get in touch right away, thanks!
