Job Description

OverviewThis is an exciting new role to help bring Eteach software to the next level. The successful candidate will be the initial point of review with all bugs and enhancements, and they will be responsible for ensuring the complete picture is documented.They will work closely with the development, product and testing lead to understand the current and future roadmaps and triage the activities collectively.This is a mix of office work and hybrid.As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for:

  • Facilitating workshops and interviews with business stakeholders, clearly defining business requirements
  • Building the requirements into user cases and journeys to create and adjust operational processes and gain full business sign off
  • Helping craft the business case to elevate these requirements and fully implement enhancements
Job requirements
  • 2+ years experience as a business analyst (with digital/software a preference)
  • A strong Business Analysis background with a demonstrable track record of operating effectively in a fast-moving and customer-focused environment
  • Experience of structured methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
  • The confidence to facilitate workshops and deliver training, with excellent interpersonal communications skills across all levels
  • Strong analytical skills, able to map out and understand complex, interdependent issues
  • Great organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of JIRA is a great advantage.
