We have a great opportunity for a full time permanent Welsh speaking Executive Officer to work on a hybrid working basis, flexible working hours, outstanding holidays of 31 days per year(excluding 10 days bank holidays and privilege days)! City Centrelocation.Working as part of the Professional Development and Funding team, the Executive Officer will provide bilingual executive and administrative support.The successful candidate will be an experienced administrator with excellent customer service and time management skills. In addition, the successful candidate will be required to deliver presentations and demonstrations through the medium of Welsh and Englishand will therefore have strong oral and written communication skills in both languages.Responsibilities: Work as part of a team in ensuring that:All financial claims are received and processed according to agreed timescalesAssist in proactively marketing the funding arrangements and online provision of professional development. This will include delivering face to face presentations across Wales both in person and via video communication.Provide a professional enquiry service and help desk facility Undertake a range of administrative duties including maintenance of electronic and hard copy filing systems, preparing and issuing correspondence and updating and maintaining databases.Arrange the distribution of papers and taking of minutes at relevant meetings;The skills needed:Fluent Welsh speaker Experience of working within an administration role and experience of presentationsStrong IT skills and excellent customer service and written communication skills along with time management skills and an ability to prioritise work to meet specific deadlines.Please apply ASAP as there is a closing date for this position
