Job Description

Are you looking for a new Remote BI role Then look no further! IntaPeople is helping our two-year-old startup who has the backing of a FTSE 100 company to look for a new BI Developer. As part of this role you will be introduced to the latest technologies and platforms:

  • AWS
  • RedShift
  • MongoDB
  • Athena
  • Glue
  • EMR
  • Data Streams
  • Analytics toolsets
    • About the role:You will be working as a valued member of the Data Team for an already thriving company. Over the last two years we have seen rapid growth and have already turned over a high level of profit. The role involves creating data solutions to process data at scale using both batch and real-time scenarios. Which will be on a wide range of data driven projects to support our continued growth.About the TechEssentials:
  • 3+ years of developing experience, which will also include AWS
  • Hands on experience all Redshift, AWS Athena and Data Lake concepts.
  • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL
  • Experienced with optimised storage file formats (parquet, avro etc.)
  • Skilled with building big data infrastructures as well as ingestion and modelling pipelines
  • Fluent in AWS Glue, AWS EMR / Spark, NIFI and Airflow
  • Python, Java, Spark-SQL, R.
    • Nice to have:
  • Cloud certification
  • Apache Hudi / Delta Lake concepts experience
  • Designing and developing scalable API’s to host Machine Learning Models
  • Financial services experience
  • Agile Methodology
